What is Odor-LOC Technology?

Our handbags and cases are designed with odor-controlling linings and a myriad of unique details that achieve the highest standard of odor-containment available in fashion accessories today. Please remember, however, that though your handbag or case will have no odor on the outside, it may still have odors on the inside. Be conscious of when and where you open it!

How do I clean my Erbanna handbags and cases?

We clean ours with a lightly moistened cloth, no detergents. Try to keep your Erbanna cases away from oil and cosmetics, but if it becomes soiled, seek a leather cleaning specialist.

Are Erbanna bags available in retail stores.

Yes. We are in boutiques and smoke shops in the US as well as Canada. Please contact us to find a retail store near you.

Which Erbanna Is Right For Me?

If you are looking for something to carry inside your own purse, the Chrissy, Rae and Mindy are perfect. Depending on the size you are looking for, one will surely be right for you.

The Jenny can either fit in your bag but also has a wristlet if you are looking to take a quick walk and don’t need all your personal items with you. It also has the option of a lock.

The Kimberly and the Kate stand on their own. They are ready to go out for the day or evening and can accommodate your credit cards, phone and other personal items.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will I receive my order?

Orders within the U.S. will arrive within 5-7 business days delivered by USPS priority mail or Fed Ex. You will be notified with a tracking number when your product ships.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer 2-Day and 3-Day shipping options, measured in business days. Only orders placed by 4PM Monday-Thursday are guaranteed within 2-3 days.

Does Erbanna ship to AK, HI and PR?

Yes we do. Shipping charges will vary.

Does Erbanna ship internationally?

Yes, but unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping on international orders and all payment must be in U.S. dollars. International orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 10-14 days. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, VAT or customs charges or delays that may occur when importing accessories to your country.
Erbanna is not responsible for fees associated with customs in other countries.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact info@erbanna.com

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. If something is wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know immediately. Please contact us at  info@erbanna.com with your order number and reason for return. (No returns will be accepted without a code from Erbanna).
Please return all products unused, undamaged, and in original condition for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.
Please note: Packages that are refused at delivery or returned without a code incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

What is your exchange policy?

We made each case with a specific use in mind. If yours doesn’t meet your needs or you’d like to exchange, we’re happy to do so within 30 days. Please contact info@erbanna.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

How do I cancel/edit an order?

Please write or call immediately if you need to cancel/edit an order. If it hasn’t been shipped we’ll be happy to oblige. If we can’t catch it, the good news is that we offer free exchanges and returns within 30 days. Please contact info@erbanna.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

General returns disclaimer:

Gift cards

We cannot accept gift card returns or exchange them for cash except where required by law. No discounts may be used to purchase gift cards. When a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited.
